The ’Notes & Replies’ column for invoices in the Chaser Report displays the last five notes, replies or responses that are logged within 'Invoice History' on the relevant 'Invoice page'. From this screen you are also able to add new notes directly against an invoice or a customer.
To add a new note simply select the plus icon against the line you wish and then you can create your note as standard.
The icons used in the preview include.
Notes added by the user
Replies from the customer.
Responses to customers replies made by the sender.
To view any of the information simply hover your mouse over the relevant icon and you will receive a preview.
