Using Chase Now

The Chase now functionality allows your to send a chase email outside of your standard timings and regardless of whether they are down as chasing or not chasing.

To find the chase now button simply go into the invoices summary page where you can see an overview of all your invoices. You will then be able to see the "chase now" button next to an invoice.

The next page allows you to then pick the template that you will be sending out. If the invoice is already down as chasing the text box is automatically filled in with the next template that will be used on your chase day which you can then change. If they are down as not chasing you will see a blank text box before you select the template.

You also attach the invoice or the statement as you would usually in your templates as well as any extra text.

Once happy with the body of the email you can select who will be the sender and recipient using the list of all senders for your Chaser organisation as well as all recipients for that customer.

Once you are happy simply click send and the email will be sent out to the recipient.
