For each email template, you can choose to attach an invoice copy and/or Chaser customer statement. 

This is also in effect for multi templates: ‘attach copy invoice’ is selected in a multi template, one invoice copy will be sent per invoice grouped in that email.

Attachments can also be sent with “thanks for paying” emails. In the case where the customer has just paid his/her last invoice, the customer statement will state that there are no outstanding invoices at that moment.

To add the attachments go to settings > templates > select the template 


At the bottom you will have the two attachment options.

To select the one you want to include with this template, simply click the box next to the option.


Once happy click 'Save' and this will be included with your next chase.
