Attachments

For each email template, you can choose to attach an invoice copy and/or customer statement. When you give a chaser a template, its attachment settings are applied in that chaser’s email.

This is also in effect for multi (combined emails): ‘if invoice copy’ is selected in a ‘multiple invoices’ template, one invoice copy will be sent per invoice grouped in that email.

Attachments can also be sent with “thanks for paying” emails. In the case where the customer has just paid his/her last invoice, the customer statement will state that there are no outstanding invoices at that moment.

Change attachment settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Templates
  2. In the templates drop-down select a template


  3. Scroll down and choose the attachments for that template


  4. Click ‘Save’
